Project Details
The Distillery of Modern Art is a hidden gem located in Chamblee, GA. They distill their own spirits, and combine a modern art gallery supporting local artists and installations, and an amazing cocktail bar. For this project, our goal was to photograph each of their spirits along with some of the hero notes. Each spirit has a painting that corresponds to it in the gallery, and the painting in printed inside of the label. To communicate this in a photograph, we chose to style and photograph each bottle in front of it's corresponding painting.
